Online Pre & Postnatal Training
Learn to teach pregnant and postnatal clients with confidence - online, at your own pace, from anywhere in the world.
Why this course?
Pregnant and postnatal clients are in almost every Pilates class but most instructor training never covers how to teach them effectively and well. This course closes that gap.
Built from over a decade of Women’s Health Physiotherapy and Pilates experience, WHC’s online training gives you the evidence-based knowledge and practical, ready to use skills so you can teach your prenatal, postnatal, and pelvic health clients with confidence - no guesswork, no overwhelm.
Every module is grounded in current research and draws on clinical guidelines from multiple countries, not just one region’s approach so it can apply to wherever you are located. It’s been intentionally designed for instructors around the world, not just locally.
Designed with intention for:
New Instructors: Start with a solid foundation from day one. Be informed, confident, and stand out to owners from the start.
Experienced instructors: There is always more to learn, upskill and take your teaching to the next level. Become a source of knowledge and broaden the opportunities in your career.
Studio owners & mangers: Ensure you are up to date and able to support your team and clients. Provide amazing care to your community at all stages of their life and grow your business.
Allied health professionals: Deepen your understanding of women’s health and how to utilise it in a Pilates setting. Apply it to a clinical Pilates setting and grow in your career.

How the online learning works —
This course is fully self-paced so it fits around your schedule yet it’s been intentionally built so it doesn’t feel like a stripped-down version of the in person day.
Designed to feel like an in-person day, from wherever you are. It combines evidence-based theory, real footage of pre and postnatal clients, demonstrations, clear explanations, and interactive quizzes throughout each module. The same depth and teaching style as WHC’s in-person courses, without needing to travel and having access from anywhere.
You’ll also receive a downloadable course manual to follow along as you go and keep as an ongoing reference, the kind of resource you’ll come back to long after finishing the course
Evidence based, everywhere.
This course is built on current research, referenced throughout, not opinion or trend. Content is developed with clinical guidelines from multiple countries in mind so instructors teaching in Australia, the UK, the US, or elsewhere can trust that what they’re learning applies to their own setting. Wherever you teach, WHC’s training is designed to travel with you.
Support while you learn.
Learning online doesn’t mean learning alone. Every student has direct access to Claire throughout the course to ask questions, talk anything through, or get support applying what you’re learning to your own clients & teaching style.
