Pre & Postnatal Pilates Training
Gain the knowledge and skills to feel up to date and confident working with pregnant and postnatal clients without the guesswork or overwhelm.
Why this course?
Pregnant and postnatal clients are in almost every Pilates class yet it is so common for instructors to feel confused, overwhelmed, & unsure when it comes to teaching these clients.
Built from over a decade of Women’s Health Physiotherapy and Pilates experience, our training combines evidence-based knowledge with practical, ready to use skills helping instructors and allied health professionals work confidently with pregnant, postpartum, and pelvic health clients.
Every module is put together with intention - content that is up to date, evidence based, and practical. We believe meaningful education happens when instructors feel encouraged, guided, and genuinely connected throughout the process, not like just another number in a course.
When you learn with WHC you will feel supported throughout your education so you can confidently support women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and broader women’s health needs.
Designed with intention for:
New Instructors: Start with a solid foundation from day one. Be informed, confident, and stand out to owners from the start.
Experienced instructors: There is always more to learn, upskill and take your teaching to the next level. Become a source of knowledge and broaden the opportunities in your career.
Studio owners & mangers: Ensure you are up to date and able to support your team and clients. Provide amazing care to your community at all stages of their life and grow your business.
Allied health professionals: Deepen your understanding of women’s health and how to utilise it in a Pilates setting. Apply it to a clinical Pilates setting and grow in your career.

What our students say —
I’ve completed six other antenatal and postnatal courses over the last 18 years, and Claire’s truly stood out. Her background in women’s health physiotherapy brought a whole new level of depth, going far beyond just pregnancy exercises. The course provided invaluable insights into the pelvic floor, the biomechanics of pregnancy and birth, and the potential impacts of births on the body. Claire’s knowledge and evidence based approach gave me a much deeper understanding of how to support women through this transformative stage.

We recently hosted Claire for her Pre & Postnatal Course at TEAM Pilates, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The course was exceptionally well structured, with high quality materials, clean explanations, and a perfect balance between theory and practice. Claire created a professional and interactive learning environment maintained our team engagement. Her expertise and approachable learning style made the day both informative and enjoyable. We’d highly recommend this course to any instructor or studio looking to invest in quality training and development. Thankyou for sharing your expertise with our team Claire.
