What others are saying..

I’ve completed six other antenatal and postnatal courses over the last 18years, and Claire’s truly stood out. Her background in women’s health physiotherapy brought a whole new level of depth, going far beyond just pregnancy exercises. The course provided invaluable insights into the pelvic floor, the biomechanics of pregnancy and birth, and the potential impacts of births on the body. Claire’s knowledge and evidence based approach gave me a much deeper understanding of how to support women through this transformative stage.
